Poster Sessions: Students are invited to showcase their ongoing projects. Even if your work is not yet complete, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insights and advice.
Company Exhibitions: Companies are encouraged to exhibit their state-of-the-art ML projects and achievements.
Research Showcases: We invite innovative labs and research groups to showcase their cutting-edge work in the field.

Students vying for the poster session are requested not to fill this form.
Industry and research labs can attend as groups of up to 5, rotating responsibilities at their booths while having ample opportunity to network.
Please note that photographs will be taken at the event for posterity.
Registration for IndabaX is mandatory for catering arrangements.
Feel free to bring works-in-progress as we celebrate ongoing projects in AI.
Please make us aware of any special needs or requirements in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Posters are a great way to learn, share, and get feedback on your work in a helpful and friendly environment. The project does not have to be “done”, in fact, it’s probably more beneficial that your poster is on a work-in-progress project for something that you would like expert advice on. For posters, we also welcome submissions on a topic or interest that you are passionate about but may not have results on.
