Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā When: Monday, 06 July 2026
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Who: All IndabaX attendees
We would love for your organisation or research lab to be part of AI Fest - the opening event at Indabaš South Africa. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your AI innovations, connect with like-minded professionals, and contribute to the growth of AI in South Africa. Join us and share how you are using AI to benefit South Africaās society and economy. We look forward to seeing you there!
Reserve a Booth:
Sponsors of Indabaš South Africa can exhibit at AI Fest at no extra cost. For all others, a nominal fee is charged to cover administrative expenses: R6000 for industry exhibitors, and R3000 for research labs and new startups. This fee allows for two persons per booth. Additional attendees are welcome at R500 per person (to cover catering and logistics for those not registered for the main Indabaš conference). A maximum of 5 persons are allowed per booth.
Registration deadline: Monday, 15 June 2026
Every attendee can bring a poster to the AI Fest at the Indabaš! It will, however, help us if you indicate that you will be bringing one during the application/registration process so we can provide adequate space.
Posters are a great way to learn, share, and get feedback on your work in a helpful and friendly environment. The project does not have to be "done", in fact, it's probably more beneficial that your poster is on a work-in-progress project for something that you would like expert advice on. For posters, we also welcome submissions on a topic or interest that you are passionate about but may not have results on.
Take the opportunity. You can also win prizes š!
Guidelines: We recommend preparing an A0 portrait poster. Follow our guidelines here. If you don't know where to start, you can use these templates, and some inspiration. Useful tips are in this video.
